The Examination Department of Bhitai Dental & Medical College serves as the backbone of the academic assessment system, ensuring the smooth, fair, and transparent conduct of all examinations for undergraduate and postgraduate dental programs. The department is responsible for managing and coordinating internal assessments, professional university examinations, clinical/practical evaluations, and viva voce in accordance with the academic calendar and the guidelines of relevant regulatory bodies such as the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PMDC) and LUMHS Jamshoro

Our primary goal is to uphold academic integrity and foster a culture of merit and excellence through structured and standardized examination procedures. The department ensures secure paper setting, invigilation, result tabulation, and timely result announcements, while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with institutional policies.

We also handle supplementary exams, medical deferrals, student grievances related to assessments, and coordination with external examiners and university controllers.
