Research Development: Support the development of new research programs and initiatives that contribute to the growth of research at the college.
Ethics and Compliance: Ensure that research conducted at the college adheres to ethical guidelines and complies with local and international standards.
Mentorship and Guidance: Offer guidance and mentorship to junior faculty and students in developing their research skills and understanding research methodologies.
Networking and Collaboration: Assist in forming national and international research collaborations and partnerships.
Policy Recommendations: Recommend research policies that improve institutional research capabilities, enhance funding opportunities, and streamline the research process.
Performance Review: Review the progress of ongoing research projects and provide feedback for improvement.
